1) The reason why I am doing this is so I can have a better understanding and experience with helping the special need kids. Also I workded with them before and I had a blast working with them.
2)I will be helping the teachers with what ever they need me to do. Which may include feeding, reading, and getting them moving.
3)To get a better understanding of how it is day to day working with them.
Reflection
While I was on Leep working with the special needs kids I did a variety of things including: helping to get the students off the bus or at the end of the day on the bus, cutting up their food and feeding it to them, reading to them, walking them around the school or track, cleaning up after them, dlivering mail, and cooking witthe students.
This experience ha open my eyes to how much caregoes into taking care of these kids with special needs, It has also helped me understand the need for alot of patience
This will affect my behavior in the future because I will have better patience when dealing with other people and also to be a hard worker in whatever I do.
